Celtic Knot's are complete loops that have no start or finish and could be said to represent eternity whether this means loyalty, faith, friendship or love. Only one thread is used in each design which symbolizes how life and eternity are interconnected. (credit celtic-weddingrings.com)
Connemara Marble: A healing gem for the heart and emotions. It is a wonderful stone for anxiety, self control, and stability. The "national gemstone" of Ireland. An ancient stone that's found mostly on the island's west coast.
Connemara marble was formed from sediment deposited in a shallow primal sea over 600 million years ago. These sediments were transformed by formidable forces generated in the formation of the mountains of the West of Ireland and Scotland over 390 million years ago.
The beautiful bands of rich to pale green within the marble are formed by tiny crystals of green serpentine, diopside, chlorite, and creamy white calcite, and dolomite.
