Clearing & Smudging with Palo Santo

Sold as one stick or as a bundle of three. Please chose from menu.

First you start with a simple intention of focusing on clearing the negative energy out of your space and mind. Something like:
"Nothing can dim the light that shines from within."

Light your Palo Santo stick downward at a 45-degree angle at one end until it is full in flame. Allow it to burn for 30 seconds then gently wave or blow the flame out resulting in a smudging smoke. Place the stick in a heatproof dish to let it burn or for smudging, walk around the room, space, object or person, fanning the smoke over its entirety, whilst focusing on cleansing and clearing negative energy.
Please note you can reuse these sticks.

Once you’ve finished smudging and removed the negative energy, push positive energy into the space to maintain balance. To do this, declare your intention out loud or silently in your head.
